Rules of the game
Actual Game rules are an integral part of the User agreement. You agree that you bear sole responsibility for all actions that are done through your account and your access key.
1. Moderation and punishment system
1.1 Moderator - is a representative of the Administration who controls the observance of the rules by Users on the Information resources: in the general chat of the game, on official forums, in official communities.
1.2 Post-moderation - is the process of reviewing logs and messages by a representative or employee of the Administration for violations of the Chat rules and the terms of the Agreement. The Administration has the right to carry out post-moderation at any time, including upon receipt of a complaint.
1.3 Private game chats are not available to Moderators, but information about them is stored and can be used in accordance with the Privacy policy. The user has the ability to self-moderate a personal chat through the "blacklist" system.
1.4 If a violation of the Game Rules is suspected, sanctions will be imposed on the User, in accordance with section 3.1 of the User agreement, the totality of which is called the system of punishments:
1.4.1 Temporary restriction of access to the general chat, called "silence" - can be introduced by the Moderator or the Administration with the notification of the User through the general chat;
1.4.2 Temporary restriction of access to private chats can only be introduced by the Administration;
1.4.3 If the User regularly (no less than 2 times) violates the Game rules, the Administration has the right to add him to the "Black list" with or without notice. Being on the "black list" leads to an increase in the terms of punishment;
1.4.4 If the User systematically and/or grossly violates the Game rules, the Administration has the right to introduce a permanent restriction of access to the general chat and/or private chats. At the same time, the Administration leaves the ability to discuss the possible removal of such a permanent restriction if there is an initiative of the User, but does not guarantee that it will be removed;
1.4.5 Restrictive sanctions adopted as a result of Post-moderation may start counting down both from the moment of such Post-moderation and from the moment the User subsequently enters the game;
1.4.6 In case of a violation of the Game rules or the Local community rules, the Moderators or the Administration have the right to restrict the User's access to the community on a temporary or permanent basis without mandatory notice.
2. Rights and obligations of moderators
2.1 The moderator is obligated to monitor the chat during their shift;
2.2 The moderator is forbidden to comment on previously issued restrictions;
2.3 The moderator may, at their discretion (and whenever possible), communicate (for example, say hello, answer questions), as well as publish warnings and reports on their actions.
2.4 Moderation, including post-moderation and moderator actions, may not always be carried out in a timely manner, or meet the User's expectations, therefore, in case of any disputable situations, it is recommended to contact User Support Center (feedback) or contact through the official community.
3. Nicknames, names and tags of guilds, signatures
It is forbidden to use nicknames, guild names, and signatures on the forum that do not comply with moral and ethical standards. In the event of such a violation, the Administration may restrict access to chats, change the nickname (with compensation for the change), issue a warning and/or disband the guild that violates the rules. The following is considered in violation of the rules:
3.1 Containing offensive, obscene or obscene language, including veiled or in the form of abbreviations;
3.2 Containing a hint of racial or national superiority, promoting discrimination at all levels;
3.3 Directly or indirectly associated with organizations, as well as historical or political figures, primarily with those who have been convicted by an international tribunal for crimes against humanity and, accordingly, cause a negative reaction among a majority, as well as figures and names of terrorist organizations, including the number of active ones at the moment;
3.4 In any way offensive to a particular ethnic or racial group;
3.5 Directly or indirectly related to sexual intercourse or violence;
3.6 Containing information that may lead to an erroneous perception of this User as a representative of the Administration;
3.7 Plagiarism of nicknames, names and tags of the guild, including by replacing characters with visually similar resemblances;
3.8 Prohibited by applicable laws;
3.9 If nicknames or names were somehow introduced via bypassing technical restrictions (for example, length restrictions, symbols used, etc.), the provisions of the Agreement and the Rules.
4. Rules of conduct
Try to be polite, maintain constructive communication and maintain a friendly and pleasant atmosphere for all who participate in the gameplay.
In the game chat and on any information resources of the Project, the following is prohibited:
◈ 4.1. Insults, profanity and degradation - messages that directly or indirectly humiliate the human personality and dignity, directed at a specific player, a specific group of people; discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, gender, or on the basis of belonging to a social group. Profanity and insults based on direct statements or assumed context. This includes the use of uncensored profanity, mentions of medical character (such as cancer, mental illness and etc.) and modification of the words and expressions (distortions in writing, removing certain letters and etc.) in an attempt to distinguish the message from the ones that would be prohibited by the actual Game rules.
◈ 4.2. Threats - messages that aim to provide psychological pressure: a call for a showdown outside of the game, as well as threats to apply restrictions related to the game. Such messages are not allowed.
◈ 4.3. Trolling, provocation - statements, the main purpose of which is to provoke individual Users or guilds to violate the Game rules, or an aggressive reaction. For this violation, a restriction may be introduced if, as a result of such actions, another User violated the Game rules and received a restriction, or if such a provocation is aimed towards a wide range of people, or contains signs of provocation of an individual user to a violation, including aggressive reactions.
◈ 4.4. Negative statements: Insults, non-constructive criticism of representatives or employees of the Administration, the Developer or the Project as a whole are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited in the in-game chat:
- Any value judgments about moderators and moderation;
- Moral teachings and instructions to moderators as to what they need to do in relation to other players;
- Trolling, provocation and insults towards the project's administration.
◈ 4.5. Spam, newsletters, advertising:
4.5.1. Spam - Writing messages in rapid succession, within a short period of time, that do not carry a semantic load and clog the chat (for example, a series of characters or numbers); duplication of the same messages for a short period of time (at least 3 times), splitting sentences and words into separate words and letters. A short period of time is considered the duration of a moderator's shift.
On the forum, the category of spam includes: topic duplication, overclocking (excessive quoting), regularly going offtopic.
4.5.2. Newsletters - Writing commercial advertisements or advertisements for websites, third-party projects, resources, etc., with the exception of links or references to official or fan resources of the Project, as well as social networks and means of communication.
4.5.3. Advertising - Discussion of third-party projects, commercial enterprises and services, with the mention of their full name, including transliteration. Calls for the use of third-party projects (for example: “let's go play some tanks, why sit here”).
◈ 4.6. Religion and Politics: Discussion of religion, politics, governments, mass media, laws. Our project is a separate universe, everything related to politics should remain outside of it.
◈ 4.7. Slander and false accusations: It is prohibited to slander individuals (including the Administration and the Project Developer), groups or companies. We do not tolerate the intentional spreading of false rumors or conspiracy theories related to the Administration, the Developer, the Project or further plans for the development of the project. Any information regarding the activities of the Project is reliable if it is published on the official resources of the project, friendly resources, or sent to the User by correspondence using feedback.
◈ 4.8. Bugs: Dissemination of information about bugs and flaws in the game that can be used for personal gain, or if the dissemination of this information harms the project. We cannot completely avoid unintentional errors, so these messages can be regarded as harming the project.
◈ 4.9. Extortion: Extortion of personal data (email address, login and password) is prohibited; begging in any form, aimed at both individual Users and everyone in general, consisting of placing requests to transfer real money or in-game valuables. It is forbidden to publish messages containing the intention to transfer or acquire an account, clan and any other valuables related to the Project from one User to another.
◈ 4.10. Multiaccount, administrator impersonation: Under no circumstances will intentional opposition to the requirements or actions of the Administration be allowed. For example, if we close a forum thread you created, while explaining why we did so, you may not restore that thread. Bypassing the introduced technical restrictions is not allowed. Impersonation of Project representatives or Administration members is not allowed.
◈ 4.11. Petitions and protests: We do not allow the organization of petitions and protests through our Information resources. It is not allowed to write messages and topics with the intention to counteract, or calls for counteraction to other members of the community. Including: mentions of hacking and cheat programs, programs for disassembly or code research; messages of intent to violate the User agreement, calls to commit such violations, and calls to harm the project.
◈ 4.12. Labeling and vilification: it is not allowed to post messages or topics that are intended to give an accusatory, insulting or ridiculing definition in relation to a person or group of persons (for example, a guild or faction). As a rule, such messages are intended to create a biased attitude towards the subject.
◈ 4.13. Statements prohibited by law:
- Propaganda of illegal substances, alcohol and smoking (propaganda are messages containing a call for consumption, with the exception of rum);

◈ 4.14. Personal information: in order to protect personal information and maintain confidentiality, it is not recommended to share any personal data on the Information resources. This also applies to the disclosure of personal data of other Users of the community. Such cases not only fall under the definition of malicious behavior, but are also a violation of the Agreement.
◈ 4.15. Discussion of measures taken: Discussion of the measures taken and the actions of the Moderators is prohibited in the game chat. If you have any questions about the measures or decisions taken in relation to You or other Users, as well as to discuss a contentious situation or discuss the actions of the Moderator, please use any convenient feedback method: USC, messages in the VK group, "book of complaints " in the official Discord of the Project. Discussion of the measures taken in the in-game chat is prohibited.
5. Local rules and viewpoints
Some sections of the Forum or communities contain local rules posted in a sticky topic or in announcements. They are a supplement to the Rules and serve to decipher the specifics of some sections, but do not nullify the operation of the general Game rules.
We understand that different people may have different views on the assessment of certain actions as violations. We are always available to discuss disciplinary issues, but this does not guarantee that the measures taken will be changed or canceled.
