Hotfix patch B13.5.2

🛠Fixes:

- Fixed bugs with reputation penalties;
- Fixed a visual bug: attack windows from 20:00 and 21:00 in the window selection interface were displayed incorrectly;
- Fixed: pirates should not have a weak faction bonus;
- Fixed the season number, % of territories in the rating, and other minor interface bugs;
- Fixed German localization;
- Duplicates of designs in chests will not drop if the design is installed on any of the ships;
- Fixed incorrect display of NPS colors on the minimap;
- Fixed errors with the "seasonal supply" mission.
