ANNOUNCEMENT: PATCH B13.2
Ahoy, Captains! The game client will be updated during the night of December 13th to 14th.
Here are the patch notes:

FACTION BALANCE
Factions that fall behind (owning 4 or fewer cities) will now receive these new bonuses:
The ability to accept players with neutral reputation into guilds.
Lower faction entry threshold: only 20 members required.
Double influence points for mission completion.
+33% faster tensity increase.
Bonus information will be visible on the faction homepage.

TITLES
All factions will now have the same number of prize places per title type, proportional to the total number of guilds in the game. This means larger factions will have fewer chances to claim prize spots compared to smaller ones.

EXPULSIONS
New tools for managing combat faction memberships:
Espaniol: Guilds can be expelled via general voting. Vote weight depends on member count and ranking.
Kai and Severia: Expulsions require a vote from at least 3 guilds with Gold or Silver titles. All votes are equal.
Antilia: No expulsion option; this is a faction trait.
Expulsions are handled through the “Policy” tab.

CITY DEFENSE
Fixed a bug that removed the cooldown between activating city defense.
Reintroduced 3- and 4-day defense options, but increased their cost.
MARKS & PVP
Temporarily removed full cargo loss when a player has a black mark.
Black Marks will no longer apply if the rank difference between ships is 2 or less.
Black Marks will not be issued in the Endless Sea.

OTHER CHANGES
A new interface shows how actions affect faction reputations.
Added Tensity Mode indicators to faction flags.
Influence mission balance changes:
Experience: Reduced from 1M to 300K.
Production: Now considers crafting time on personal islands.
Shipbuilding: Reduced from 10 to 5.
Raiding: Increased from 60 to 75.
Expeditions: Increased from 100 to 125.
Service: Daily missions no longer count.
High-value resource pricing adjusted to reflect market trends (does not impact resource gathering).
Empire attacks have been strengthened.
Text, description, and UI corrections.
Picking up resources from a player’s ship will now trigger Battle Mode.
Crafting cost for fast ships increased by 20%.

BUG FIXES
Supply Missions: A limit has been added to prevent cities from receiving more points than needed for the final level.
Fixed: The bonus allowing captives to be retained was not working.
Fixed: Some players did not grant battle Marks or Legend Board points upon sinking.
Fixed: Khanfar Caliphate ports allowed the construction of any ships, not just trade ships.
Fixed: Tender mechanic issues.
Fixed: Incorrect water pricing display.
Fixed: Forts sometimes failed to hit ships or had range issues.
Fixed: The -50% blueprint penalty (for peaceful flags) didn’t apply to forts.
Occasionally, city bonuses were incorrectly displayed as inactive.
