Postponement of exit B13

The captains, as a result of internal distribution, identified a number of problems requiring additional work, for example:

— Additional tests are needed to carefully resolve situations where the head of the guild may be kicked out of the group due to a decrease in reputation;
— More improvement is required in the mechanics that are preferable to the lagging group in competition policy;
— Set up a new system of world flags so as not to impose PvP, but to motivate those who risk traveling across the map without PvP protection;
— Setting up city bonuses so that the maximum benefits are received by those who invested their labor in their development. Creation and testing of missions that players must complete to unlock bonuses;
— We decided to add several new neutral ports to the map. Their location and impact on balance also needs to be assessed.

We understand that another postponement will cause strong dissatisfaction. But our goal is that the update that makes structural changes to the game not only corresponds to everything stated in the announcements, but is understandable, balanced and with a minimum number of errors.
